It's National Walking Day!

Yes - we know its April Fool’s Day but it's National Walking Day, too.

Walking is one of the best things we can do for our health during the coronavirus. It positively affects a person's general health, improves blood pressure, staves off diabetes and regulates blood sugar, assists in weight loss, reduces stress, and helps maintain mental health.

Lately, during my walks, I've seen a lot more to chalk about. There's all kinds of fun art on the sidewalks. So lace up and get moving!
